Join us this summer in the Horse Capital of the World for the MyRacehorse Lexington Summer Series, an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience designed for MyRacehorse owners and racing fans who want to immerse themselves in the heart of thoroughbred country.
These curated tours take you inside some of the most prestigious breeding farms in Kentucky, offering rare access to champion racehorses and the operations that shape the future of the sport. Throughout the day, guests will hear directly from farm representatives and industry professionals about breeding, bloodlines, and the daily care that goes into producing the next generation of racing stars.
At Gainesway Farm, guests will visit the stallion barn and spend time with Seize the Grey, the MyRacehorse-owned Preakness Stakes winner who now stands at stud at the farm. This stop is one of the highlights of the tour, as guests will have the opportunity for an up-close and hands-on experience with one of MyRacehorse’s most celebrated runners while learning about his transition from the racetrack to the breeding shed. While visiting Gainesway, guests will also have the opportunity to see other members of the farm’s distinguished stallion roster that call the property home.
At WinStar Farm, the tour centers around another MyRacehorse favorite, Straight No Chaser, who now stands as part of WinStar’s stallion lineup. Guests will tour the stallion complex, spend time with Straight No Chaser, and also get a look at the other prominent stallions that reside at WinStar, offering a fascinating glimpse into one of the most influential breeding operations in the sport.
Guests will also visit Lane's End Farm, one of the most legendary farms in the thoroughbred industry. Here, visitors will have the rare opportunity to meet the iconic Zenyatta, the beloved superstar whose remarkable racing career captivated the sport. Guests will also get to see Flightline, widely regarded as one of the most dominant racehorses of the modern era and now one of the most talked-about stallions in the breeding world. Time at Lane’s End offers a special chance to experience two generational stars up close.
The series will also include a stop at Three Chimneys Farm, a farm we’ve enjoyed visiting on previous Summer Series tours and are excited to return to again this year. Three Chimneys is home to one of the most influential stallions in the world, Gun Runner. A champion racehorse turned superstar sire, Gun Runner has quickly become one of the most sought-after stallions in the industry, producing elite runners and champions early in his stud career. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the farm and learn more about the operation that stands one of the sport’s most exciting stallions.
Additional farms will be added to the schedule as availability allows. These may include respected operations such as December Farm and Chanteclair Farm, where several MyRacehorse broodmares reside. These visits provide a unique look at the maternal side of the MyRacehorse breeding program and offer insight into how future runners are developed long before they ever step onto a racetrack.
To ensure a relaxed and intimate experience, each tour is limited to just 30 guests. All Summer Series tours include transportation between farms as well as lunch, snacks, and beverages, allowing you to fully enjoy a day exploring the beautiful Lexington countryside with fellow MyRacehorse owners and racing enthusiasts.
Whether it’s your first trip to Kentucky or a return visit to the Bluegrass, the MyRacehorse Lexington Summer Series offers an unforgettable opportunity to connect with the horses, farms, and people that make the sport so special.
