Our Custom Experiences are tailored to your vision—whether a private moment or a group adventure, we create premium, unforgettable memories around your horse's story. Simply fill out our contact form, detailing the experiences you wish to enjoy. Our MyRacehorse Events Team will work with you to craft a personalized event designed to meet your expectations.
Step 1: Select Your Package
- Choose from our exclusive offerings designed to match your vision: Group Tours, Private Visits or Luxury Experiences.
Step 2: Submit Your Request
- Complete our detailed form to start planning your perfect experience. Share your vision, preferred dates, guest count, budget, and any special requests.
Step 3: Personalized Consultation
- Our Events Team will review your submission and contact you within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to refine the details and discuss your dream experience.
Step 4: Secure Your Experience
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% secures your reservation, applied to the final package cost. Once you approve your personalized plan, a deposit invoice will be sent. Final payment is due one month before the event.
Step 5: Your Day, Perfected
- Receive a detailed itinerary and direct contact information for your experience. On the day of your event, focus on creating memories—we'll handle the rest.
