Simply fill out our contact form, detailing the experiences you wish to enjoy. Our MyRacehorse Events Team will work with you to craft a personalized event designed to meet your expectations.

Step 1: Select Your Package

• Choose from our exclusive offerings designed to match your vision: Group Tours, Private Visits or Luxury Experiences.

Step 2: Submit Your Request

• Complete our detailed form to start planning your perfect experience. Share your vision, preferred dates, guest count, budget, and any special requests.  

Step 3: Personalized Consultation

• Our Events Team will review your submission and contact you within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to refine the details and discuss your dream experience.

Step 4: Secure Your Experience 

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% secures your reservation, applied to the final package cost. Once you approve your personalized plan, a deposit invoice will be sent. Final payment is due one month before the event.

Step 5: Your Day, Perfected

• Receive a detailed itinerary and direct contact information for your experience. On the day of your event, focus on creating memories—we'll handle the rest.
