Tuesday, April 1 – Welcome Dinner
For those arriving early, we will be hosting a kickoff dinner to meet fellow travelers and set the stage for an exciting week ahead. Dinner is included.
Wednesday, April 2 – Morning Training & Desert Adventure
The day begins at Meydan Racecourse, where you will watch Straight No Chaser train and enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at the Dubai World Cup Hospitality tent. Transportation will be provided to and from the track.
In the afternoon, we will depart for a special desert experience featuring a vintage Land Rover tour through the nature conservation, a falconry demonstration, and an evening at a Bedouin camp with dinner and cultural entertainment. Transportation and meals during this experience are included.
Thursday, April 3 – Burj Khalifa & Yacht Excursion
Start the day with a tour of the iconic Burj Khalifa, followed by a scenic afternoon along the Dubai coastline aboard a 100-foot yacht. The yacht is equipped with a Jacuzzi and features a chef-prepared meal with drinks. Transportation is included.
Friday, April 4 – Camel Racing Tour & Celebration Cocktail Hour
Enjoy a morning tour of the Arabian Desert Camel Riding Centre, where expert guides will introduce you to the fascinating world of camel racing. You will also have the opportunity to meet the camels up close. A catered breakfast and transportation are included.
The afternoon is yours to explore at your leisure before we come together for a special cocktail hour celebrating Straight No Chaser’s achievements with trainer Dan Blacker.
Saturday, April 5 – Dubai World Cup Day
Experience Dubai World Cup Day from the Terrace Level 2 dining room, where your ticket includes premium dining and beverage packages and a spectacular view of the races.
