Santa Anita Big Cap

Big Cap Day is a huge day at Santa Anita Park. Several Grade 1 and 2 stakes races highlight the schedule including the F. E. Kilroe Stakes, Beholder Stakes and San Felipe Stakes, the last of which is an official prep race on the Road to the Kentucky Derby.

Last year, owners joined us on Saturday, for an exclusive experience as a MyRacehorse owner, where they enjoyed the lavish Directors' Room—a haven of luxury and indulgence.

Picture yourself surrounded by panoramic views of the track, with HDTVs broadcasting every exhilarating moment, private betting terminals with a live teller at your fingertips, and a fully-stocked cash bar offering the finest libations. And let's not forget the delectable lunch buffet and desserts prepared by Santa Anita's culinary maestros. With valet parking included, every detail was designed to ensure your comfort and enjoyment!

Attendees will get to spend time with the MyRacehorse team, enjoy some fun raffles and perhaps bump into a jockey, trainer.

But the thrill didn't stop on Big Cap Day! On Sunday, owners enjoyed morning works at the iconic Clocker's Corner. Situated in the heart of the track, this charming spot offers the perfect setting to savor delicious continental bites and refreshing beverages while soaking in the morning atmosphere. With the sun rising over the track and the aroma of fresh coffee filling the air, it was the perfect way to start the day! They then climbed aboard the MyRacehorse Seabiscuit Tram Tour and embark on a behind-the-scenes exploration of the track's backside. From the dedicated trainers to the unsung heroes who care for these majestic athletes, you'll gain a newfound appreciation for the world of horse racing.

Once all the morning excitement concludes, you will enjoy free admission into the track to enjoy a day at the races!
