Opening Weekend | Friday, October 2 – Saturday, October 3, 2026

Friday, October 2 – Iconic Stallion Farm Tour Experience

Spend the weekend exploring three unique destinations at the heart of Kentucky’s Thoroughbred industry. From Darby Dan Farm’s storied breeding legacy to New Vocations’ mission of giving retired racehorses a second career and Hallway Feeds’ expertise in equine nutrition, this experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at the many facets that make the sport so special.

Meet the horses and professionals behind the scenes, learn about the care, nutrition, breeding, and retraining that support these incredible athletes, and experience the passion and dedication that make Kentucky the epicenter of the Thoroughbred industry.

Featured farms include:

• Darby Dan Farm | 10:30am – 11:45am
Darby Dan Farm is a historic Thoroughbred breeding and racing operation in Lexington, Kentucky, renowned for its rich legacy, world-class bloodlines, and commitment to raising and developing exceptional racehorses. The farm’s legacy includes Kentucky Derby winners Chateaugay and Proud Clarion, as well as English Derby winner Roberto and Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Proud Truth. Today, Darby Dan remains a prominent breeding and stallion operation while continuing a Thoroughbred tradition that spans generations.

• New Vocations | 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
New Vocations is a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving retired racehorses a second chance through rehabilitation, retraining, and adoption, helping each horse transition from the racetrack into a rewarding new career and forever home.

• Hallway Feeds | 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Hallway Feeds is a leading equine nutrition company based in Lexington, Kentucky, dedicated to producing high-quality feed and supplements designed to support the health, performance, and well-being of Thoroughbred racehorses.
This is your opportunity to go behind the scenes and experience the Thoroughbred industry up close—from historic breeding operations and world-class equine care to the organizations dedicated to nutrition and giving racehorses a second career.

Saturday, October 3 – Morning Workouts, Backside Tour & Keeneland Race Day

Begin the day with exclusive access to Keeneland’s morning workouts and a guided backside tour before the races begin. This behind-the-scenes experience offers a firsthand look at the inner workings of the racetrack and what it takes to prepare these equine athletes for the starting gate—from training routines to barn activity and race-day preparation.

The afternoon transitions into an elevated race day experience in the private Phoenix Room at Keeneland (limited to 38 guests). This premium hospitality space provides a comfortable, exclusive setting to enjoy the excitement of spring racing, complete with curated dining, wagering access, and exceptional views of the action.

Raven Run Weekend | Friday, October 16 – Saturday, October 17, 2026

Meet the professionals who care for, breed, and support these incredible athletes while gaining a unique perspective on the dedication and expertise that go into developing and supporting the next generation of champions.

Featured farms include:

• Pin Oak Stud | 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Pin Oak Stud is a historic Thoroughbred breeding farm in Versailles, Kentucky, known for producing and standing some of the sport’s most accomplished racehorses such as Geaux Rocket Ride, Peaks and Valleys, and Broken Vow.

• New Vocations | 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
New Vocations is a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving retired racehorses a second chance through rehabilitation, retraining, and adoption, helping each horse transition from the racetrack into a rewarding new career and forever home.

• Hagyard Veterinary Clinic | 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Hagyard Veterinary Medical Center is a premier equine veterinary hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, providing advanced, comprehensive care to Thoroughbred racehorses and sport horses through a team of experienced veterinarians and state-of-the-art facilities.
This is your opportunity to go behind the scenes and experience the heart of the Thoroughbred industry—from world-class equine care at Hagyard Veterinary Medical Center, to the storied legacy of Pin Oak Stud and New Vocations’ mission to give retired racehorses a second career.
