MyRacehorse is thrilled to host their fourth annual Ocala Showcase, inviting you to partake in an unforgettable experience amidst the enchanting ambiance and time-honored traditions of Ocala, Florida—a paramount destination in the world of racing. The Showcase is set to take place at Ocala Breeders’ Sales grounds (OBS), a globally acclaimed auction house that attracts horse racing enthusiasts from every corner of the world, showcasing thousands of horses annually. This marks one of MyRacehorse's premier events on the calendar and this year we are proud to announce that this year will feature, for the first time ever, some of your stable members BREEZING.
On February 22th, we cordially invite you to join your fellow MyRacehorse owners for a day filled with immersive activities at OBS. Commencing with a delightful morning of refreshments and light snacks hosted by your horses' trainers, the day unfolds with a morning of training at the OBS grandstand. Here, you will witness a captivating morning of training featuring all MyRacehorse stable members situated in Ocala, FL, along with the introduction of our latest offerings— Black Tie Optional, Native Brew, Munny Problem, Blip Says Bye ’23, Seeking a Star ’23 and Perfect Impression ’23. Older horses that will be onsite will include Real Savvy, Incredible and No Nay Mets.
Following the morning training session, the horses will return to their barn for a bath and cool down in the back walking ring, allowing you an up-close view of their post-training demeanor. Seize the opportunity to interact with your horses on the shank and gain insights into their progress from their trainers. Post-cool down, groups of owners will be escorted back to the barn for an intimate visit with the horses in their stalls, providing the perfect occasion for up-close encounters and memorable photo opportunities.
The excitement continues over lunch in the sales pavilion dining room, where owners can exchange notes and impressions from the morning's activities. Subsequently, MyRacehorse will host an engaging Q&A session, eager to hear your thoughts, insights, and ideas to strengthen the MyRacehorse community and offering. Additionally, the 2024 Preakness Trophy will be onsite for any Seize the Grey owners to take a photo with and see up close.
The event kicks off with check-in at the Ocala Breeders' Sales grounds at 9:00 AM, aiming to have all owners seated by 9:30 AM for the first set of horses hitting the track at 10:00 AM sharp. Training is expected to conclude around 11:45 AM - 12:00 PM, leading to a return to the sales pavilion for the scheduled activities. The day is slated to wrap up by 3:00 PM.
Tickets are available now for $65.00 per person (non-refundable). Included in your ticket price will be continental breakfast, boxed lunch and a welcome gift.

👔 Dress Code: Casual, Ocala can be cold in the winter so make sure to check your forecast! Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing as there will be walking involved in this event.

📋 Itinerary: We will begin check in at the Ocala Breeders' Sales grounds at 9:00 AM, at 9:30 AM we intend to have all owners in their seats for the first set of horses scheduled to hit the track at 10:00 AM sharp. We will finish training around 11:30 AM - 11:45 AM and head back to the sales pavilion for the mentioned activities. We aim to finish the day around 3:00 PM

🎟️ Ticket Distribution: There will not be a physical ticket for this event. We will be sending out a Know Before You Go email one week from the event date with all pertinent information as well as any check in instructions.
